What we collect
When you apply for early access we keep your name, your email address, the option you chose for who you are, anything you tell us about what worries you, where you came from (for example a link you followed), and the date you applied.
Why we keep it
To reply to your application, to tell you when your place is ready, and to understand who the vault should serve first. We rely on your consent, which you give with the tick box on the form.
Where it lives
Your application is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in London, United Kingdom. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Neither may use your details for anything else.
What we never do
We never sell your details, share them with brands, or use them to train any AI model.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or two years after your last contact with us, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Reply to any email from us and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
